Pre Pre-Paid block support can be on-site technical support or remote support or any combination of the two at at discounted rate of $90 vs. $125 OfficePerfect's standard time and materials rate. Pre-Paid support when purchased in 5, 10 or 20 hours blocks also provides you client access to the OfficePerfect ticketing site to submit, track and review all service requests, technical knowledge base, instant support chat and priority support response times.
